Which Hotcams 1 or 2 ?

Which Hotcams 1 or 2 ?
I have a 2003 KFX 400 and was thinking of putting new cams in. It is just piped and jetted with a high rev cdi. On Hotcams website they say for woods riding just to put in the intake cam for stage 2. For stage one you put both in? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
