Hey Guys...Need some help. I have a 96 Bayou 300 4x4 that has been used and overused over the last 9 years. No problems until this spring when the clutch went out on a youth trail ride (I'm the youth pastor so "my kids" loved it when one of the club guys had to tow me the last 1/2 mile). Anyway...had the clutch rebuilt in May at a local dealer. Seemed to do well but has only been ridden only about 3 hours until this weekend when I used it to pull a "shuttle" (5x8 wagon with hay bales for folks to sit on) at a local festival. Now it's acting like the clutch is going or gone. Thought it could be just out of adjustment but I've forgot how to adjust the two screws to fix the thing. My manual is long gone..lost the last time I moved...If anyone remembers how the adjustment goes I could use a helping hand. would like to try that before I take it back to the repair shop.
