Cheap OEM parts?
you can get the actuator for the same price on ronayers.com I'm sure, & I'm pretty sure it's the same part#, just check the # on kawi's web site..
you most likely have 1 of 2 problems, if it quit working while on the bike it's probably the sensor inside, I had the same thing happen & happened to have an old 4x4 actuator around & removed the sensor from that one & installed it on my engine braking actuator.. works great now.. Also if to messed around with it at all before hand & had removed the cover on the actuator, then you could have a problem there also, if you dont put the cover back in the same exact position it came off (they all are on the same) it will not work correctly, something to do with the magnet.. also if the output shaft is no in the proper position it will not work correctly.. If you need further detail on any of this I can help, if you just want to be done with it, just get the part# off of Kawi parts diagram & order it from ronayers.com infact you can even get the part# from there website by looking at there part diagrams.. Actuators suck, Iv'e been threw several now & have learned allot, one more point if you have a repair manual you can do a simple ohm test that will determain if it's bad, or I can get you those specifications
