To start go ahead and replace the fuse. Next make sure your radiator is full (not the bottle) and clean. On the prairie the temp sensor is up near the top of the radiator so if the coolant is low the sensor cant read the temp and tell the fan to kick on until its already boiling up. The V is probably set up the same.
Either way it never hurts to have a clean, full radiator and all good fuses so its worth a shot.

thanks rivermud ,i check the water level and its fine ,also the temp light is working ,so i guess its not the problem ,the fan work with direct power ,could it be that there is another sender for the fan ? i know it sould work before the light come on ,i bypasss the dumb fuse but i cand check it in 1:00 am ,if i put negative on the temp sender it will turn on the light ,but the fan still dead ,have to figure it out or i will make small manual switch for the fan
