No because the peak Hp was 50 and is now 60 when sprayed. That is only a 10 Hp bump. However there is more like a 15hp bump through many parts of the power band. The machines Peak Hp was only changed by 10hp. I guess if you are strictly talking the NOS's systems peak added hp that would be 15hp. It has a 15 shot nozzel. I was told a 15 shot means it should get 15 extra Hp.

 

cc1999, Are you talking about 50 hp on your 800bb? Is that track hp? and 10 hp gain on top end by track dyno. I was thinking your 800 in the twin peaks would be much higher at crank.

 

We have specualted it to be in the 70s at the crank, but we don't have a crank dyno to test it. that would also make it in the 80s if sprayed.

 

cc1999 did you have to change your main jets and if so what are they now? I spoke to a r&d guy froom boondocker and he said that with the air box lid off and my current jetting he would be very supprised if I needed to change mains. I am currently running huge 180 and 185 dynojet mains. Now before you say that's way to rich it runs very good and the plugs and the exhaust pipe are the proper color. for some reason my jetting has always been quite abit richer than almost all the posts I've seen. But oh well better to rich than to lean expecially with nitrous.

my jets are still the same ones we had in it before, 190/195 no air box lid.

Ride review: It is definantly faster, I think it was worth about 3 quad lengths in a 200 yard sand drag. It hits about 67 mph with spray vs about 61-62 mph in that same distance.
