Hey man, thanks for the free advertising.
I offered one of these kits to three different dealers to fix someones quad and they didn't need it they said. They get all of them they need. I've come to the conclusion as another person did on a Kaw forum. Dealers are fixing the in stock quads first and customers whenever. Can't make much money on warranty work, but new sales rock for dealers.
just a thought. Another thing is most people never get 50 miles a year on the average quad, so they can wait.
Before everyone goes off, I put 5600 miles on my '94 400 2-stroke Polaris and 4000 miles on my '02 650 Prairie.
and in ND where we hunt, farmers put 6 to 14,000 miles in one year. My friend up there has 22K on a '02 500 Polaris, 15K on a '04 600 Polaris, and his neighbor had 33K on a 300 Kawasaki before he bought a 360 Prairie, after 6 months he put 8K on it. Something else, when you ask them about valve adjustment, they both answered what valves. They both claim they never take them back to dealer, unless it is warranty work. Things that go wrong is front and rear axle shafts and u-joints. That is it.

I wouldn't see that you would sell a lot of these, why spend $500 on parts and do the work yourself when you can get it done for free. I waited 6 months to get mine done and mine never showed any sign of a problem when it went in. And we ride these quads hard around here, 1600 miles no signs of wear, I'd keep my $500 and wait on the dealer to do it for free

After the dealer puts the new parts on and your out riding and hit a tree and need new parts. You will pay $500.00 or a lot more at Bike Bandit, or even more from the dealer..............................these are called replacement parts. Kawasaki says not to ride at all or death could accure. So what do you do when you can't ride your quad and the dealer doesn't have the parts for warranty work? People have already died from defective parts on these quads.
If you haven't replaced the front end parts before the warranty parts were put on, then your not riding hard enough............................................ .................Just kidding.
I had over 4000 miles on my '02 650 without problems, except a pop in front every now and then.
My buddies 700 Prairie '04 with only 690 miles of easy riding, was pulling side to side at speed above 10 mph.
He waited 6 months for new parts and then made a possible lawsuite comment, the dealer said have it here tomorrow and it was fixed.
hope everyone gets their parts fast..................
