Default 2006-2005 BF 750 Air box retro fit

I have read on this site that KAWi made some modification to the 2006 air box. I was wondering if anybody knows if this air box will fit the 2005. Thanks!!

I just check the 2006 Parts section on buykawasaki.com and NO the air-box design is not changed.

Thanks just thanks. Just when I thought there was some hope in taking care of this issue. Well maybe next year.

razzergreen:
Nothing like that..
The Airbox Intake is a poor design.

there are no inner fenders so your tires throw mud and water up into the airbox and the motor sucks it down, this causes engine failure and the folks at Kawasaki won't cover it because you got mud in your motor. It happened to a friend of mine's twice and to a bunch of other people. $2200 was the bill.
