If you have had problems getting the connection between the carb and the rubber boot at the air box sealed try this. I took the air box completely off and elongated the three mounting holes on the frame tabs. Elongate them towards the engine about a 1/8" or as much as the brackets allow. This will allow you to slide the air box farther forward thus allowing for more engagment of the rubber boot over the carb. Make sure you tighten the 3 mounting screws really good. I also use a screw type automotive hose clamp to clamp the boot to the carb. I have yet to find the carb seperate from the boot. Anyone interested in a custom headlight guard? I have a great design for that too and cheap. Happy trails
