If your talking about those black things that flare out on each side, yep I peeled my right side one back about 4 inches, tore my nice new red plaistic up. Also I fliped my 750 upside down on top of me after I went over the bars coming down a creek bank, brused some ribs and left a big ole purple bruise on my right butt cheek, man it looks nasty!! Doc said i was lucky it landed where it did or I would have broke more than my pride. My BF 750 was fine after my friends rolled it back over. Didnt bend a thing. Tough machine.

The original poster is talking about the metal brackets that support the black plastic footboards where you put your feet on. Those brackets are bolted on to the side of the bottom frame tube. Mine bent as well on the brake side. I think I could bent back up but it would go down again after some riding. I need to come up with a permanent fix. Does anyone have a good idea?

On Nyrock's site they have been welding across the top of the mount. I fixed mine by trading for a V force. The Brute would keep up but I don't think it was going to hold up.
