Default BF 650 and NO wheelie??

I was wondering if maybe my belt is to loose or something it doesnt squeel but it does hesitate some on initial take off. I have the copperhead CDI and 26 in mudbugs. IT runs great and roosters everywhere but for some reason even on the road it just burns the tires.
Maybe b/c I stiffened up my back shock and have those bugs on it just cant seem to get it up LOL. Is there anyone else who, has problems with the wheelie or, can wheelie on the 650 BF??

If you are losing traction when you try and pop a wheelie then you will not be able to do one. I have a bone stock BF 650 and it will stand up when you nail it in low gear. I only weigh about 170 lbs so maybe that has something to do with it. I noticed that you have the copperhead. What do you think about it? Is it everything that I have heard that it is?

I forgot to add that mine also hesitates when I nail the gas. I have only hear the belt squeal once but I was doing doghnuts in the snow and ice and might have got the belt a little wet.

I havnt heard my belt sqeel but I did smoke it some when trying to pull somone out the other day in reverse. I have to say that the copperhead does make a difference in throttle responce. As far as the wheelie...I cant get it to do one ...I think it is b/c I cant get traction. I also think that since I stiffened up my shock then the rear end doesnt squat as much. But I do have on 26 bugs and maybe I can get better traction in the grass if its not wet.....but as of now it only gets up about 12 inches when i pin the throttle but roosters at all points in the throttle range.
I might have to try the 4 wheel drive wheelie b/c it would cause me to move forward quicker.

I have a hard time too pulling wheelies with my Brute Force.....but only when I have the 26" Mudlites on it when I switch back to the holeshots it will wheelie all day long in low range or in high.....i think your 26" tires are the reason....don't really think that they take that much power away but more so that they change the gear ratio just enough so that it has less bottom and more top...just my .02

That makes sence TeamgrnMojave. Do you think if I put the blue primary in if it would respond quicker and let me wheelie?

On pavement, 4wd locked i can get my old mans p650 ( nyroc muffler mod, DG snorkel, twin air, CDI and 25" bear claw all the way around) to pick up the @$$ end. Takes a whole lotta shifting of body weight but it can be done. Riding them like that is a whole different story.................
