Default bayou 220 brakes

my 01 bayou 220 keeps having problems with the brake. in the winter they freeze shut and u need hot water and this is the second time that i was moving it out of the gartage to ride that it wouldnt move. i poured hot water but there not frozen their sucked shut. i took the wheel off and try to pry it off but it woldnt budge but if i put to much force on it side will break. any thought of wats going on with the brake? the first time we got it apart and the brake had just fallen off and we need new ones to buy. im not gonna buy new brakes everytime tho lol i am lookin at a 00 lakota on ebay that i mght get too. anyways any suggestions?
