My Tecate oil is grey!!!

My gear oil turns grey the rad fluid levels stay the same so its not a crack in the block what could it be?

Has any one else have this happen to them?

I have the same thing happen on my dirt bike but not my quad.Thats most liky a bad sigh.What kind of quad?And dose keep happening when u chang it?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
