had no brakes on the rear ...last fall I installed new pads and new brake cable and cleaned up all the rest and lubed the essentric <<<< hope that is spelled right but still no brakes anyone had this problem ? can it be the drum is worn out? what would be the maximum diameter of the drum or where can I find out what it would be?
