Hey man why do u always got to be rude? I think you need to get laid.....But on a serious note,......... the auto clutch takes some getting used to, but after riding fast over really rough terrain, the auto can't be beat! Trust me I've ridden alot of quads, and the 700 is the least tiring on trails, and as fast as the 450's in drags(once you get the takeoffs down)

I hate morons that are just plain too lazy to type and/or spell correctly! Anyway, everyone makes typos etc. as I saw two in the 400's posts. Either way, get the 400 if you want to shift and the 700 if you don't. I rode the 700 when DMC was testing their pipes out and you should have seen one of the employees doing four wheel drifts on the asphalt with that quad! That quad has unreal power!

P.S. I own a 2004 KFX400 so you know my feeling on the subject!

If I were wanting to beat 400ex's and 440's and was looking at new sport quads, I think I would have to look outside the Kawi lineup and check out the new Raptor 700EFI. It has all the power you need to beat the 400's and 440's and is still light enough to jump with ease. If automatics are your thing then by all means don't let me talk you out of the V-force, The only reason I did't like mine was my Prairie was almost as fast and was smoother riding with the versatility of having 4x4 at the touch of a button, keep in mind I am and old fart compared to yourself and some of these other guys, my back cant take the sporties anymore.
