Default Wow I had an interesting dealer experience!!!

Calling Kawi would not help much. They are kind of neutral and just tell dealer that you called. Dealers are independently owned and operated - Kawi does not own them. To Kawi, they are customers as well. Dealers can do their business in anyway they want - Kawi can only advise them but can't force them. BBB is almost as useless as well I believe - they just let dealer know someone complained and can't do much. I had a similar experience with a car dealership who would not fix a factory defect and just gave me lots of bs for 3 weeks. I wrote a nasty letter to the dealer owner, cc to general manager and service manager, and posted a story in the website warning people about this dealer's poor customer treatment. About a year later the dealership closed down for some unknown reason. By the way, for the car problem, another dealer fixed it in a day without even asking me any question.
