I've had a leak too on my 650 w/ 7hrs on it. It is very small and the only place I can find the drip is on the front left at the bottom of the radiator. I'm sure it is running down from somewhere. Looks like I am taking it to the dealer to figure it out.

I called the dealer and he said it was loose hose clamps, which is what i told them. Now they're giving me crap about whose paying for it. Says he's got to wait for a call from Kawasaki to see if they'll pay. They'd better, it is under warranty. If not maybe I should think about a Yamaha...

Let me get this straight, Their disputing on who should pay for a frickin' loose hose clamp? And also, they need to contact Kawasaki to see who's responsible for the repair. WTF, If I was a Kawasaki rep, and a service manager wasted my time to ask who's got to pay for a loose hose clamp, on a machine thats covered under "WARRANTY", I'd yank every quad I had at that dealership out of there. Obviously they do know a damn thing other than selling and lineing their pockets. I'd say it's more of a DEALER issue than Kawasaki's. So don't jump ship yet, just find a dealer that gives a Shiot. So now they're holding your quad hostage till the rep get's back to them? LMFAO!!! I'm sorry man, i'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at the stupidity of the dealership. Email me who this dealer is so i can put the word out to the other Kawasaki owners I know. That is just WAY WRONG!!!

Yeah, I should have done it myself but they told me to bring it in since it's under warranty. That and i thought it could have been someting more since I didn't take the fenders or anything off. Actually bringing anything in for service, be it cars or cycles, is a pain in the ars. They're always out to shaft ya!
