KFX 700 JETTING disaster!!!
I know this was a few months back, but just curious if you were able to get everything working ok?
I just bought the WB Carbon fiber exhaust system, and am hoping that I don't run into issues with it leaking like you mentioned. Did you replace the gaskets, etc. when you installed the system?
What jets did you end up running?
Thanks

Hey Mad LT, Good Evening, Your just the guy I need to talk with. I have an 05 750i and today just installed a Pro circuit exhaust with rear head replcement pipe. Besides I am missing a flange to connect the stock front head pipe to the new muff to seal it off, I guess I will contact Pro circ Monday.
But anyway the dealer recomended the dynojet kit. I ride mostly 3000ft and below and may take a ride in the So Ca mountains to 4-7000 ft Do I need to jet my carbs? I don't know much about it but I do know that I don't want to screw up my quad before the Labor day holiday. Any help would be great. Thanks Calvin

Hey stuntman, if your looking an oem belt, check out ronayers.com. I've found that the original belt works best and you can get one there for about $85. When I installed my HMF pipes, I found that the machine ran best with the stock jets (135/140) and did the dial in work with the mixture screws (out about 3.5 turns). Our elevation is about 5200 feet and have rode the machine up to about 7500 with good results. All I had to change was the mixture screws.
