Any tips for overweight riders?

I have this friend who is pretty chubby. He said that his "man-*****" hurt when he goes riding. I am not making this up, and he is very sensitive when talking about this issue. He really likes to riding his quad, but his "man-*****" give him lower back pain.
Does Kawi have any accessories in their ATV clothing line that may help my friend deal with this very sensitive issue?
Thanks in advance.

he must lose weight for his own good. he will feel much better and be able to ride longer and enjoy riding and life more. There was a time that i lost well over 60lbs. I've been lean for awhile now.
i followed the Body for Life plan: the right diet and right excercises. That and the south beach stuff are the best diets out there. ATkins is a joke. People ballon up and down on that. i never tried it b/c it is stupid. I know it's hard to start excersing and eating better, but once it is part of your routine for about 3-4 weeks, its automatic.
