Default 650 Prarie getting on my nerves

Still trying to find out why my Prarie fowls plugs and runs rough when I start it, if it starts. I pulled the plugs and cleaned them up, there pretty new cause I just replaced them last time this happened, thinking it was due to the plugs. I pulled the air box off to see if the choke is slighty open even when the switch is completly off. I cant even find where the choke goes into the carb, I can hear it, but I cant see it. Then Im thinking the plugs are'nt getting enough spark, do the wires go bad? Can someone help out, its great riding weather and I'm not even riding. The next step is to take it to the local Kawi dealer and let them take a look at it. Then bend over and hold my ankles, cause I know its something simple and they are going to rape me with the labor charge. PLEASE HELLLLP I WANA RIDE....................

Try doing a search for carb or choke problems. I vaguely remember the Kawie twins having some sort of problem with the chokes sticking? Anyways, someone on this forum is bound to have had the same problem as you.

This might be a little late, but the chokes on the 650 are on the bottom left side of the carbs. There should be a little screw (one for each carb), unscrew them and the chokes should pull out.theres one choke for each carb just follw the choke cables and you should find them.
