Default Need some tuning advice with Copperhead/Dynojet setup

I have an 05 Brute 750 with a Twin air filter, pink primary, copperhead VDI, and a Dynojet kit. I am very pleased with my machine, but I do not feel like it is running to its potential. I am running higher octane and I have used the +3 degree offset on my map. Other than that the map is the default setting. I am dynojetted to the recommended settings for the stock/stock with aftermarket filter settings. Today while riding, it started backfiring when I let off of the gas to come to a stop. Other than that, with the mods that I have done I would to expect to pull wheelies like it was my job. I think part of the problem is that I still have the stock tires so I just spin and dont hook up, but also I dont think that I am getting all that I can out of her. If you could send me some tips on setups you have tried, and recommendations on what you think would be best I would highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

First off, what are your settings, elevation and average temperature right now.

I have almost the same set-up as you with an HMF pipe. I haven't had any trouble at all with mine. My Dynojet setup is on the 4th clip with Keihin 160 front and 165 rear at 800-1000 feet. I found the recommended dynojet settings were actually on the rich side. Although it ran fine up to the top it sometimes had a little sputter at the very top. When I leaned it out it eliminated the sputter and I gained a little top speed. The reason I went with the Keihin jets is because I was experimenting on how well the Keihin jets worked with the Dynojet needles, and it works fine. I probably could have got the same results by using the Dynojet 146 in the front and the 150 in the rear.

Adding 14 to the number on the Dynojet main corresponds with the Keihin main of the same size
Example: Dynojet 146 is equal to a Keihin 160

I take it you're running the 144-150 mains with the needle on the 4th clip? I would try 140F 146R dynojet mains, leave the needle on the 4th clip and turn your screws to 1 1/2. You can burn a leaner idle mixture with the Copperhead.
