has any one ever had to rebuild there 220...how much does it cost? I was just wonderin because I am wanting to bore my enigine out when it needs a rebuild...But considering my Bayou is a 99 modle I won't need one for a while(hopefully)! Thanks

If it helps, I had to rebuild the top end of my 86 Bayou 300. I got it bored, then bought a new piston, rings, gaskets.... new valve (bent one)... I doubt I spent more than $250-300 total. Not bad at all, but I did it over a period of about 6 months.... 3-4 years ago. Thats why I don't remember too well. I recommend doing most of it yourself if you can, no telling what a dealership would charge.
