Default Cutting out with heat or dynatek?

I installed a dynatek cdi, and also its the first hot 90 mile ride my quad has seen (88 degrees). Three times today, it was as if i hit the kill switch for a second. Anyone have this happen? Kind of worries me, but on the otherhand, its under warranty, so ok. Running at a high speed in low, when i punched it, it would do that to me twice. The other time, it was just half throttle going over rocks. There is no power loss when its not on a cut out , and it idles fine. Any ideas?

Default Cutting out with heat or dynatek?

I have read that AC vtwins are jetted lean from the factory so any aftermarket cdi is going to require a rejet. But, this may not fix the problem. I have read of several problems with the DynaTek CDI.

I have a VDI Copperhead in my BF and have had great luck with it. But even the VDI website says that the AC might need to be rejetted with the Copperhead.

Call Dynatek and see what they say.
