I got it back from the dealer, doesnt run any different after the valve adjustment. I think I figured it out, it hesitates just for a second when I nail it from an idle, under load or not. they were supposed to have replaced that one carb needle already but maybe that isnt enough? maybe I need to find somebody who knows what they are doing to put a jet kit in it. that dealer has idiots working for them. they hooked up both pos and neg wires of my winch to the pos side of the battery. come on, thats wiring 101. duh! they also left the 12v accessory plug wires off.

The Maxxis 8 spoke and atr rear and XTR Badlands front is about as light as you can go without running stockers. And run radials for a good foot print.
The Maxxis 8 spoke are 94 dollars plus. Not cheap. The Maxxis wheels are 1 1/2 pounds lighter than the ITP's series 5-7 and even 2-3 pounds lighter than many other wheels. That's 8-10 pounds per pound in rotating weight.

ok, I got those stock rims and tires from Ebay afterall, the high bidder backed out.
can someone give me some idea of how to get to those carbs, like what do I have to take off to get to them? all the rear plastic? or do I attack it through the seat area and remove the battery and stuff?

You have to remove plastic right and left not the front. Also air box and lid.
Don't just add shims without knowing that is what you need.
If you add an ehs racing air box mod, and full aftermarket exhaust then re-jet. Shim needles .20-40 and start with 180 or 185 Keihen jets.
Wheels and offset below is a list from ITP that work together.
All the below have the same offset and bolt pattern for ITP wheels.
Check ITP web site, to make sure.

Kawasaki 650i Brute Force 4x4 '06
Kawasaki 750 Brute Force 4x4 '05-06
Suzuki 700 King Quad 4x4 '05-06
