Also torque the lug nuts , dont just zap them on with the impact or you can mess up the rim and get the same affect.

 

Guys, thanks for the tips. I plan on taking the machine to the place that put them on and ask them to finish the job correctly. I am very glad I found out about the wobbly tires while testing it out on my in-laws land instead of way out in the middle of nowhere. That would have really pissed me off as most of my riding is done at 30-35 mph.
