kfx 400 on its hind leg
#1
i have a full skid plate that i plan to put on my kfx 400. i think it's better to have it installed with the quad standing on its rear grab bar. how do i actually make it stand on its rear...alone?

i just did all the add ons last week. skid plate, arm guards, body guard, etc...
yes, it was easiest to tilt up to install.. just lock your parking brake and lift from the front and extend up until the tail bar is touching the floor...

Look in the owners manual, find the fuel petcock, and turn it to the "off" position. You should be able to stand you Kawie up by yourself, just use the parking brake or leave it in gear, pick up on the front end somewhere, and let it rotate around the rear axle.
