I've got a '99 Prairie 300 4x4 that I just put a Gorilla winch on. It's a Warn knock off, but it works great. I picked up the winch and the mounting plate on ebay for less than $100 total.

I had already ordered one from the winch depot. Its a Mile Marker winch. I had to buy a mounting plate though because the universal one didnt quite fit. I think I spent around $140 total. It was easy to install and have put it to good use already.

I also installed some Metaltek A-arm guards and the Kawasaki camo cover for the fenders. (in pics)
Wish they made the plastics in camo though.

Looking for some better tires and a full bottom skid plate.....
