I just bought this quad, its an 03 and the only problem with it is its headlights will not turn on. The bulbs look good and the fuse is good so im a little out of ideas now. The Brake light works as well. Should i track the wiring all the way to see if there were any problems? All of the connectuions look good so im a little confused.

Any help would be great.

 

Good chance it is in the switch. Be sure you have the key on when testing the wiring, any quad I have been around the lights would not come on if the key was off.

 

my bad, i am a rookie to kawasakis. this is so embarring lol, i just forgot to turn it past the on posistion to the on +lights...sigh
