I would start with the .060 I had tried both larger and smaller but that size worked best overall.

Well, I used numerous .02 washers and never got it that great. I tried 1,2 and 3 washer combos but it seemed like it got too much fuel or something. The low end was worse, but the mid was better.

 

That's very intresting, I have not played with my wifes 300 yet but she has never really had the lack of mid range power like I did on my 360. I will experiment with hers soon also, just to see what more I may be able to get out of it.

I'd be interested in seeing the results you get. I also found that with one washer, the low end is better but it studders at about 1/2 of max rpm in each gear. I will have to see if the dynojet makes a difference. At 70 bucks I sure hope so.

 

I am still experimenting with my muffler mod's on my 360 so it may be a week or so before I get a chance to play with the 300. I to am looking forward to the tests and I will keep you all posted on the results.

Might just be mine...it's been runny pretty crappy lately. I cleaned the carb, air filter, and plug and it still runs like crap so I was just trying anything...now I'm jetting the carb and trying to find out how to adjust valves on my bike but I think I'm gonna have to spend friggin 30 bucks on some paper...
