Default BRUTE FORCE 650 750 CDI REV BOX

i wish i worked for Dynatek. got to be easier than what i do now and its atv related. what happen to my stock cdi is that i had problems with my buss connector, wired it up incorrectly and tried to start it and it must have fried something in my cdi that wouldnt let me switch into 4wd. after alot of trial and error we narrowed it down to the cdi. then i was trying to decide waht cdi to get. definitely not a stock one($300-$400), a VdI copperhead was my initial choice but they were on backorder for like a month, they are $400, Gen 1 had a problem with getting wet, Gen 2 works well for alot of people, especially if modified and you like to mess with the programming and stuff. the Dyna CDI worked well in my brothers prairie 650, mudcon has said he has installed alot of them with no problem on BF 750's. but i've heard alot of people complaining about the miss and it only has one map. supposedly CDI's lean out the mixture a little bit, so i changed my plugs and they were pretty black, even after the front needle swap, so i put on a K&N airfilter/Outerwears prefilter and decided to go with the Dynatek hoping that it wouldnt cause a miss due to me being a tad rich. which is the case now, i havnt checked my plugs again but it seems to be running fine, takes a wee bit longer to warm up but once she's warm, LOOK OUT! basically being $210-$220 cheaper and me not really caring about programming and adjustability is what sold it for me, plus it was cheaper alternative to get my 4wd working. the VDI is great as well, very cool, i'm just stating that mine works just fine.

Thanks much for the replies! There are a few guys over at the Nyroc site that say they have had good luck with the Dynas on their BF750s too. I may just have to give one a try! If so, I'll make sure my buddy is ready with the camera so I can post a pic of me laying on my back with my Brute flipped over on top of me!
