Welcome to the site ridnlow. Nice looking quad too. If you are just beginning, it is worthwhile to take the safety course, or at least find a seasoned rider to show you some of the finer details. Have some fun with that beast, now you just have to figure out how to finance all the goodies once the mod bug hits

Thanks for the replys.. I have had a safety course before.. im 21 been riding since i was about 8.. I have ran Polaris and Yamaha for a long time but all my buddies ride Kawasaki's and I really liked the kfx so i picked one up.. As far as mods go, going to start with air box mod, dyno jet kit, muzzy exhaust, epi spacer and spring.. Need to find a good set of nerf bars as well.. any recomendations??

That's a good place to start on choosing your mods. Lots of people never want any more than that. If you decide you want more call (765) 566-3083 and ask for Jim. He does clutch machining in several different stages and is very reasonable on his prices. You say your buddies also ride Kawies so if you want to have some fun with them don't tell them about the clutch machining. They'll be scratching their heads wondering why your so much faster than they are and you can tell them, "I guess I just got a really good one." Hope you have years of enjoyment out of it and let everyone know if you have any questions. As far as the nerfs go pic you up an ATV magazine like Dirt Wheels or Quad Magazine and you'll find more aftermarket suppliers than you'll probably want to call or you could try Rockymountainatv.com or something similar. Have fun and be safe
