I have an 84 Tecate Trike and the rubber/plastic boot that connects the carb tot he head is cracked. Seems like this part does not exist. Any suggestions or is there one from another bike that would fit???

im probably buying an 85 tecate soon, any probs you had with yours? anything i should look for before buying it?

Check with your dealer.Our local dealer still has box's of trike parts.

thats a good idea...I found out that the tecate im looking at needs a kickstart return spring...any idea how hard it is to get a new one??? i want this bike so bad but i dont wanna be stuck not being able to find parts.

 

Should be able to get a spring.

 

well I tried my local dealers, nada - zilch .... Obsolete part. If anyone finds one, consider it sold. I will buy it from you.
