Mo dies in gear

Mo dies in gear
my 88 will idle and once you put it in gear it bogs down and dies. Then after a few times doing that it will only turn on and when I give gas it bogs and quickly stalls. Im thinking carb already replaced the regulator with a known working one, any ideas for me to look over tonight?
