Ok I have installed a new battery and new solenoid on my 2001 bayou and it still dont start.in fact whenever i hit the start button the light for it showing it is in neutral goes out and i have to turn the key off and wait about 10 mins for the neutral light to come back on when the key is turned on. Is there any way i can just wire this thing to start with a external starter button or any ideas what i need to do to get this to start? thanks tim

 

it could be the starter brushes are worn out or the starter is gunked up inside.
