Default Prairie 650 Question

I just bought an 02 prairie 650. I have really enjoyed it over the last two weeks. I have not had any problems other than the fact that it tops out at only 36mph on flat ground. I have no idea what mods are on it other than what I can see, the ITP mud tires. I wonder if the previous owner had it rigged for mud. Who knows? any suggestions?

Default Prairie 650 Question

I agree, rv. I have an '02 and an '03, and I haven't had the guts to open either one all the way up. They'll go way faster than my nerve allows.

Default Prairie 650 Question

I know someone who has had it to 65 and that is where he lost his nerve. He wouldn't go faster than that, but the bike would.

Default Prairie 650 Question

Even if Kawi's ATVs are like their bikes, and the odo is about 10% optimistic, 58.5 mph is faster than I plan to ride mine unless a bear is chasing me.
