I had to many problems with mine was awsome when it did work it overheated and the fuel tank leaked and the chain did not want to stay tight so i traded it off or an 2008 gytr edition raptor and its the best bike i ever had.

 

Fuel tank was a recall issue that just gotten taken care off. Mine's never overheated and I rode mine in the dunes with only 6 hours on it full throttle. And in a hot and humid day through muddy sand. And I can't say I've had to adjust my chain that often, not that it's that difficult of an adjustment in the first place.

 

ya you got a lemon or something. My cousin just got one and it runs like a champ. Thing has tons of power. He's rode it for about 10 hours now. No problems, I cant wait to see how she runs when he gets a differenet exhaust and power moduel for the efi.
