is it true that there is a restrictor plate in the exhaust and the carb? if so where exactly are they located b/c i dont want to rip unnecessary things apart. pics would be great on the exact spots.

 

I know there is a washer (round plate with a small hole in the middle!) at the head exhaust pipe. Just remove the pipe from the head and take out the washer which restricts the exhaust flow. I don't know about the carb restrictor.
