Didnt they redesign the suspension on the 08 brute force? How does it handle? Is it tippy or have alot of body roll?

I'd like to know as well. I actually saw one advertised for $6999!!! If it wasn't so far away i'd hop all over it.

As I understand it they re-engineered the steering geometry so that the Brute is easier to turn. I think it is also a bit lower than in the past as well a a little shorter, like an inch or two because of the redesigned racks. So it does handle a bit better.

I've been wondering about the handling and ride issues myself. Besides the lack of EFI which has been addressed in the 08, the only other real complaint I had about the machine was the atrocious handling. The older ones were simply awful. A set of Elka shocks did wonders but it was something you shouldn't have to do to a brand new ATV to get the thing to handle correctly. Kawasaki should have done better. Hopefully they have on the 08. I haven't been able to try one yet to make a comparison.

I got one, the handling is much better than previous years, but even on the softest settings, it bounces alot over rough terrain...it steers really easy...

I have a set of Elka high end shocks that will be in and on the machine in a couple of weeks, need to get close to the ride of a polaris
