Default 2008 750BF Gas Leak

I recently saw a thread about gas leaking near the Air Filter on a new 2008 750BF, can anyone help me find this thread. I did a quick search but couldn't find it. Or, if you have experienced the problem, please let me know how to fix it. I am taking it back to the dealer Wednesday, but I wanted to point out the problem so they don't come back with "we can't find any problems".

Thanks

Sorry, just getting back to this issue. A long story short (and just as i expected), my dealer couldnt find a problem why it was coimg up through the vent tube by the airbox. They said the check valve was working correctly. They also said that if happens again, they would re-route the overflow tube the other direction and down the frame vs. in my face. They replaced my gas cap...whatever. I am going to try and not fill it too high the next go around.

Not sure what to do next.

I'd say you may be overfilling, I've done this myself a few times on my '07BF. Problem seems worse on hot day rides but I now refill my gas tank the same way everytime, which is when I remove the white long tube out of the tank, I only fill to the bottom of the gas tank neck-reinsert the white tube. The gas tank fills easier with the white tube out, just don't overfill.
