Okay, the battery is dead... What now
I have an bf 750- Not a chance in hell a person can pull start one if its below 0 degrees outside. I know for a fact that the rope or handle will break WAY before the motor will even start to pop, then a person will end up walking out for miles cursing the bike. Buy a good battery and dont depend on the pull starter unless its warm out.

The 700 KQ has a recoil on it.... But no normal human can pull it, so what good does that do?</end quote></div>
My brother & I both have '07 KQ700's and have used the pull start. It IS possible to do.........................</end quote></div>
I suppose if it was a matter of spending the night in the wilderness or driving out.... I'd muster the strength by standing with both feet on the quad and pulling with both hands. Next time I see the quad I'm going to try it. Not sure when that will be since everybody has the flu around here and I'm not all that anxious to catch it.
