wheel spacers

Just got a set of 27/9/12 for the front and 27/11/12 for the rear Mudlite XTR's. was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to go with 1 inch wheel spacers or 1.5 inch spacers?????

wheel spacers

I put 28" tires on and went with 1.5 " spacers. Wider is better, right? I figured it can't hurt.
