thank for the replies and the great sites , yea i bet my 700 dosent even have 500 miles its in mint shape, also does anyone know about how much power the clutch or clutch springs will add

The clutch springs don't add power, they change the RPM's that you shift at so that you get the most out of the power you are making. If you've still got the stock spring in then you are shifting before the engine makes peak power.

Put the Dalton Blue primary spring in it and do the 12 hole airbox mod with a good aftermarket airfilter. You will like the results.
As far as what you can do with it? It just depends on how much you want to spend.

Good find Yamaharap. If you really want to tune your clutch with out a bunch of headache do your self a favor and get a tach. If you are reving past 7k before you hit 55 or 60 mph on stock tires your shift out is already too high. This is what I found on my stock motor 04 that I've had since new. With the all stock clutch package I was turning almost 8k by the time I hit 40 mph. If the stock motor is make'n peak power at 7k you can see why the stock set up kind off signs of at about 35 or 40 mph. Comet makes an orange spring that is alot softer than the stock spring and that helped some, it got me down to about 7500 rpm at 40 mph with the stock weights. By the time it was all said and done I now have a set of comet F-2 weights that I had machined to knock the weight down to 52g and an epi pink spring and now my shift out is dead flat at 7k until about 57mph. It is the fastest it has ever been on this set up. The funny thing is the stock 54g weights with the same pink spring had me over 8k at 40mph. Mass location and the curve of the weights can make a huge difference
