Default leaking oil

My 03' Lakota sport has never been taken apart but it's leaking oil. It's on the left side of the bike and looks like maybe the gaskets are failing. It doesn't seem to leak except when I am riding, and it's not enough that I have to add more, it just makes a mess of the bike. Anyone else had this problem? Should I get it taken care of asap?

Let me expand on this so maybe someone will have a answer. It doesn't leak while parked. It doesn't leak while running. It DOES leak while I am riding.
