2001 Kawasaki Bayou 300 (KLF300-B14). Seems like I solve one carb problem and the next appears. Until recently, this ATV would start on first touch of the starter or first pull on the rope. It became a hard starter with weak spark and flooding. I removed a bad resistor inside the spark plug cap and replaced it with a piece of high carbon rod, and I installed a carb kit. Now the thing starts, but bogs down, coughs and often dies when throttle hits mid-range. This happens in Neutral as well as when it's under load. Replacement jets appear to be same size as originals.... Advice appreciated.
