more useable power

WHAT ARE SOME WAYS TO GET MORE LOW END POWER ON MY MOJAVE? WOULD A 11T FRONT SPORKET HELP? WOULD I LOOSE A LOT OF TOP END? I ALREADY HAVE A PIPE. I HAVE 22*11*10 STRYKER REAR TIRES STOCK IS 21 RIGHT SO A 11Tt FRONT SPROKET SHOULD PUT IT BACK TO STOCK GERING RIGHT?

DO YOU DO A LOT OF TIGHT TRAIL RIDING? AN 11 TOOTH WILL MAKE A BIG DIFERANCE IN REDUCING YOUR TOP END SPEED. I THINK THE LOW END IS FINE PERSONALLY. THE STOCK REARS ARE 22-10-10 SO YOU ONLY INCREASED WIDTH NOT HEIGHT. I HAVE K&N FILTER AND JET KIT AND IT MADE A PRETTY BIG DIFFERANCE OVER THE ENTIRE POWER RANGE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF MONEY YOU'RE LOOKIN AT BUT IT'S A $ 100 (APPROX) THAT I FEEL WAS WELL SPENT.

It depends on what you want do do. I put an eleven tooth sprocket on my Mojave to give me better low-end "punch", which it did. The type of riding I do is tight and technical, which tends to be at slower speeds. One of my favorite things to do is "skip the bike" across deep woops. Unlike faster wide open speeds, at slow speed you need a lot of torque fast to pop the bike up. But it comes at a cost: top end. You will take a substantial hit with an eleven.
