jets, pipe, and air filter are the only things that will give you semi-cheap mods. Anything after that, you're talking money.
Quads are just like cars...the possibilities are endless, but it depends on how fast you wanna go/how much time you wanna put into it, and how big your pocket book is.
do the above 3 mods mentioned, and some decent tires out back, and you'll notice a decent change. And when you buy a pipe...do not buy one that is a open cone shape, unless you don't care about the noise. (aka Cobra pipes) TRUST ME

I strongly suggest that you check out cycle works racing- he has a bunch of parts for the mojave. They are on the internet if you just do a search. You will see a lot of users in this forum mention cwr parts- thats cycle works racing. If you check out his site, he has a video of a mojave eating a bunch of other atvs for lunch. Just FYI- the Kawasaki lakota/sport has the same frame and body parts as a mojave. The engines and electronics are the only thing different. Hope that helps.

I did the jet kit and the exhaust and K&N filter all at the same time so I am not sure exactly how much the jet kit helped. But I do know that the combination of the 3 things made a huge difference. Also, if you change the front sprocket smaller you will get quicker off the line with a lower top speed, and if you go with a bigger front sprocket it wont be as quick off the line, but you will have a higher top speed. CWR has sprockets, but you can also get them at sprocket specialists and rocky mountain atv. I am sure there are other places with them but those are the 3 that I know of. Sprockets and filters are about the cheapest upgrade you can get. Depending on the riding that you do you can probably get a filter that attaches directly to your carb- DONT DO THIS IF YOU RIDE IN A LOT OF WATER! If you do a direct attach filter, I recommend an using an outerware with the filter.
