I had a Kawi tech tell me that if I tore a boot, take a screwdriver and pry one of the clamps off. If the clamps cause the tear, Kawi will cover the fix. I have had a 700 and 750i and put over 10,000km between the two bikes. Kawi warranty is #1 in the atv trade. I have friends that have POPOs and YAHA's and they have to fight for the little things.
