Default 650 Prairie has no fire, please help

My wife called me the other day and said my 02 650 prairie had died on her and would not start back. When i got home it would not start. I figured she fouled the plugs. I put in new plugs. No help. But a few days later I was moving in out in the garage and tried it adn it started. I drove it for about 10 minutes adn then it died and will not start back. I check both plugs and they are showing no fire. I put a test light on wires going into the coil packs and they show no fire. I don't suppose both went out at the same time anyway. Could it be in the CDI box or anything else. Luckly i have a another one jsut like it to use for any parts I need. But don't know where to start. Sholud I just start replacing the boxs under the seat and see if it helps? Thanks for any info anyone might have.
