Replace rear brake pad(s) on 2006 brute force 750

I have a 2006 brute force 750 that I bought used from a guy. The rear brake is really worn out and I am wondering how to replace the pads or what's the best way to fix the rear brake? Thanks for any help.

Replace rear brake pad(s) on 2006 brute force 750

try adjusting the cable 1st, its on top of the rear diff there will b 2 wing nuts, 1 is for the foot lever and the other is hand lever.
