07 650 i frame popping

07 650 i frame popping
I've got a popping sound comin from the front of my wheeler when i turn sharp, or just turn sometimes. Someone said something about having problems with the a arm bushings? Going on a hard trip in a couple weeks and would like some ideas on what to check out. Anyone else had problems with a arms?

The Problem may be your Skid Plate.
Rubber mount the skid plate bolts to the frame mounts.
The Brute Frames are designed to flex, your Aluminum Skid plates are binding agaisnt the frame, same thing happen to me on my '07BF750.
