I still haven't fixed mine but I'm pretty sure it is the igniter box. I have constant voltage going in but the voltage coming out to the belt light isn't constant. Let Me know if You figure it out. Thanks.

 

I finally got back to this one. I cleaned the fuse box again and several connections. I did the belt reset and this time it worked. I'm not sure but it might have been a bad connection on the reset plugs that was keeping it from resetting. All I need now is to get the 4wd to work.
